The American Society of Appraisers has a new Pacific Northwest Chapter, which was formed to provide resources and educational opportunities specific to its members located in Washington, Montana, Alaska, and British Columbia. For now, the chapter will operate completely virtual, but the goal is to transition it to a hybrid model that will offer localized in-person education and networking events. The chapter is the first of ASA’s region-based chapters, a new model that encompasses a wider area where there is a lack of chapter and networking opportunities.
