In response to user feedback, DealStats has added a Deal Alert feature that allows you to receive notifications when new transactions are added to DealStats, based on your specific saved search parameters.
BIZCOMPS now has over 15,000 transactions
A new infographic shows that BIZCOMPS, the database of sales transactions involving small “Main Street” private companies, now includes over 15,165 deals.

Private-company EBITDA multiples rebounded in 3Q2022
After dropping to their lowest levels in recent years, EBITDA multiples rose to a median of 3.7x in the third quarter of 2022, up from 2.8x in the second quarter (see graph below), according to the latest issue of the DealStats Value Index (DVI).
