How long does it take to extract 5 years of tax returns data?      

On average, extracting five years of data from the 1120S tax return takes three minutes. Please note the accuracy of the conversion depends on the quality and structure of the PDF file, and in some cases, manual intervention may be necessary to correct minor errors.

What's the limit per month?   

There are two levels of subscription: TaxXL Basic and TaxXL Premium. The Basic version allows the user to process up to 50 tax returns per month, while the Premium version allows to process up to 300 tax returns per month. We can also offer an Enterprise level subscription, which allows for an unlimited number of users and processing in the dedicated environment. Please contact for more information on Enterprise pricing.

Does the software capture the schedule that breaks down the cost of goods sold?

We are in the process of adding 1125-A form (along with the supporting schedule) in the application and it will be available in a few weeks. 

How does it handle a situation where taxes and licenses on the front page have a total number and a reference to a statement that then shows a breakdown of the total expense into payroll tax and other taxes and license expenses?

Currently, the application processes the Other deductions schedule (and the balance sheet's supporting schedules). We are in the process of adding the supporting schedule for taxes and licenses and it will be available shortly.

Can we save this excel file into our own folder, file or thumb drive outside of the cloud?

Yes, once you export the file, you can save it on your computer/client folder, drive, document file, etc.

If the PDF is password protected can the software still scan it?

The application does not process password-protected files at this time. We are working on adding this capability in the future.

What data security measures does Nambri have?

  • Processing Integrity: Nambri products are built with global security standards. All data is encrypted both at rest and in flight. Web applications are secured via SSL.
  • Confidentiality: Nambri products adhere to the strictest confidentiality practices. Data is fully contained and partitioned within client profiles. No data is shared across boundaries. Clients control the data purging per their sensitive needs.
  • Privacy: Nambri does not collect or store customer data other than profile data.

Is my data secure?

The subject application does not save, store, or modify data at any point. Access to the application is secured via SSL and the traffic is forced over HTTPS. Ports are locked down to enforce SSL-only traffic. All passwords and processed data are encrypted at rest and in transit during the application's use. The results are processed on encrypted disks. Clients are granted access only to their specific data. Overall, API access to data is stateless, requiring authentication on every request, even internal-only requests.
