AICPA solicits feedback on a working draft of a guide to testing for goodwill impairment

CPAs are being asked to comment on the AICPA working draft of a valuation guide, Testing Goodwill for Impairment, by March 15, 2012. The Guide will replace the 2001 practice aid.
