Intel and Nvidia Settle Their Dispute

February of 2009, Intel filed a lawsuit in Chancery Court that appeared to be a patent infringement complaint against Nvidia.  What turned out to be a serious contract dispute was cleared away with a $1.5B Patent Cross License Agreement between Intel and Nvidia.  Readers might want to have a copy of the redacted agreement, here, before it gets filed as a material contract with Intel’s next SEC filing.
