$1B Trade Secrets Case Dismissed
As reported in the Clarion Ledger, Eaton Corp.'s $1B trade secrets theft case against Frisby Aerospace (now known as Triumph Actuation Systems) was dismissed, with the court citing gross misconduct on the part of the company, a former lawyer and a former judge. (The criminal cases against the 5 engineers to allegedly have stolen the trade secrets were awaiting the results of the civil trial.) Eaton has stated it would appeal to the Mississippi Supreme Court.
