First Domain Names … Now Twitter Accounts

Evan Brown, an intellectual property attorney in Chicago, calls to our attention a December 6 decision that, in effect, transferred ownership (at least custodial rights) of Twitter accounts  that allegedly infringed on a Long Island Macarthur Airport trademark from the alleged cybersquatter to the airport while the litigation is ongoing.
