Ultimate Fighting Championship is Busy Defending IPRs

By mid-2010, UCF announced is had reached settlements with 500 (!) copyright infringers, giving evidence to their coproate strategy of vigorously defending their intellectual property.  The main body of alleged infringers is streaming media companies, and UFC also goes after the hosting ISPs, at least to the extent of requesting violators be shut down.  The latest target is Wrestle Zone, which only indexes UFC content...it doesn't stream it. That the ISP is German brings in local law, where it is illegal to link without permission. The took down Wrestle Zone, which now appears to be operating with a temporary page.
