Credentials: MBA, CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA, CFF
With over 30 years of experience in the valuation field, Mr. Seigneur has been called on as an expert witness in several jurisdictions. He previously was the chair of the AICPA Accredited in Business Valuation committee as well as having served on NACVA’s professional standards board. He has written several books including: The Cannabis Industry Accounting and Appraisal Guide, Reasonable Compensation, and Application and Analysis for Appraisal and Financial Valuations: Applications and Models.

Yeanoplos is a shareholder and the director of valuation services for Brueggeman and Johnson Yeanoplos PC, a firm that specializes in the areas of business and intellectual property valuation, financial analysis, and litigation support. Kevin is also one of the founders of YS Advisory Services, utilizing his extensive experience over the last 30-plus years in advising professional service providers and their clients on strategic planning and management issues.

Michelle F. Gallagher is a nationally recognized business valuation expert and strategic partner with Adamy Valuation. In addition to serving clients with valuations for tax and other matters, she leads Adamy Valuation's family law practice. Her extensive experience includes serving as a trusted consultant, expert witness, mediator, and court-appointed expert. She has testified on behalf of the AICPA at the Department of Treasury hearing in Washington, DC, related to proposed regulations under Internal Revenue Code 2704 in 2016.
