Valuing an S-corporation? Ten books and articles you absolutely should read
A lot has been said and written about valuing pass-through entities. Business appraisers who have been around for a while and who have followed the ebb and flow of debate and consensus, have watched the thinking on S corporations evolve significantly over the years.
