Valuing an S-corporation? Ten books and articles you absolutely should read

A lot has been said and written about valuing pass-through entities. Business appraisers who have been around for a while and who have followed the ebb and flow of debate and consensus, have watched the thinking on S corporations evolve significantly over the years. For those new to the topic, it may be challenging to know where to start, let alone to navigate and parse through all of the research and varied opinions on the topic.
