AICPA offers updated SSVS-1 Toolkit

This SSVS Toolkit provides non-authoritative guidance on developing engagement letters and reports in accordance with SSVS No.1. Highlights of the new edition include:

• customizable valuation and calculation engagement letter templates
• valuation and calculation reporting content checklists, and
• sample detailed valuation, summary valuation and calculation reports.
