The Appraisal Foundation’s Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) will host a free webinar to discuss the fifth exposure draft of USPAP tomorrow, April 13, at 1:00 p.m. ET. To register, click here. Proposed changes are designed to emphasize the prohibition against unethical and illegal discrimination or bias when developing an opinion of value. Although the changes are mostly directed at real estate appraisers, they apply to all appraisers.
