The Appraisal Standards Board has issued a Second Exposure Draft of proposed changes for the 2020-21 edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Comments are due by October 10, and you can submit them via email to ASBcomments@appraisalfoundation.org.
