As is our standard, we were going to give BVWire™ a break for the holidays.  But announcement of the Jelke decision was too important to delay.  Per our overriding standard of providing the most current, comprehensive coverage of news and events impacting the BV profession, we’re sending this abbreviated e-blast.  We will resume normal coverage next week—and in the meantime, we give thanks for the continued support and encouragement that BVResources enjoys from this active, interested community of appraisers, financial analysts, attorneys, and more.  We wish everyone a happy, healthful Thanksgiving, and a relatively calm break before wrapping up this eventful year.
