Kunkel (WithumSmith+Brown), Kwok Yan Leung (American Appraisal China Limited—A Division of Duff & Phelps), Michael Lloyd (Duff & Phelps LLC), Myron A. Marcinkowski (Duff & Phelps LLC), Raymond D. Rath (Globalview Advisors LLC), Charles S. Sapnas (Valuation Research Corp.), and William Toce (WTAS LLC).

A set of best practices, the Mandatory Performance Framework, is required to be followed by all CEIV holders and should be followed by anyone doing this type of work.
