Please Note: Our post conference product offerings have changed. CDs and transcripts are no longer sold separately; purchasers now receive both the transcript and CD recording (now known as the On Demand Conference Pack) for the price of one at the regular rate of $249. Orders for teleconferences from August 2007 or before include a printed transcript and a separate audio CD, and orders from September 2007 to present receive all materials on CD, which includes a PDF of the transcript, ancillary reading materials and MP3 recordings of the session.

Normal shipping costs are included for all On Demand Conference Pack orders. On Demand Conference Packs are typically available three weeks after the event.
