- Each teleconference registration comes with two interactive CPE credits in the name of the primary registrant. If you are registering someone else, it is recommended you register them in their name. The email address associated with the primary registrant will receive the main dial in instructions including the phone number, ancillary reading materials link and CPE survey link. When registering, please also make sure that all your contact information is current in case we need to contact you regarding deliverability of your dial in instructions.
- If you would like to copy an assistant or other primary contact on the dial in instructions, please contact customer service to have that information added to your order and account.
- For only $49 each, any additional listener in your local office can also receive two interactive CPE credits. Call customer service to register all additional listeners prior to the event. The email address associated with all CPE only registrants will receive an email including the ancillary reading materials link and CPE survey link. The main registrant receives the dial in information.
- On the day of the event, follow the instructions in your dial in email which will arrive at least two business days before the event. Please note our notice above regarding your SPAM settings to maximize email deliverability for these instructions. The flexibility of teleconferences allow you to participate from virtually anywhere you have access to a phone line. You can download all the ancillary reading materials which includes the conference presentation and attend whether you are on the road or in the office.
- Please Note New Change for Completing CPE Requirements: For compliance reasons, a code or question will be given at random intervals during the call either by audio or email. You will need to enter these codes or your answers on your CPE survey OR in some cases, to ensure your active participation during the call, you will be asked to reply to the email during the call as soon as you receive it. Specific instructions on how these will be handled for each event will be announced at the beginning of the call and in your dial in instructions email.
What Is an On Demand Conference Pack and How Do I Purchase?
- Most programs will offer an On Demand Conference Pack. This includes an audio recording, conference transcript and any ancillary reading materials accompanying the session (for which we have copyright permission), including a copy of the presentation slides. In order to access these printable files on the last CD of the set, you may need to select your CD drive from the "My Computer" menu and right click to explore and view the files.
- The audio files for the CD come in an MP3 format, which is the most universal delivery format we've discovered so far. On occasion, this format may not play in your car's CD player, but should at basic, play in your computer's CD drive. If you ever experience any problems with your audio file on CD, please contact customer service right away so we can remedy the situation.
- Please note that the On Demand Conference Pack does not qualify for self study CPE at this time.
- Buy online or call customer service (503.291.7963) to add an On Demand Conference Pack for only $90 more to your conference registration, or add it when you initiate registration.
- The On Demand Conference Pack replaces our previous post conference product offerings. CDs and transcripts are no longer sold separately; purchasers now receive both the transcript and CD recording (now known as the On Demand Conference Pack) for the price of one at the regular rate of $249. Orders for teleconferences from August 2007 or before include a printed transcript and a separate audio CD, and orders from September 2007 to present receive all materials on CD, which includes a PDF of the transcript, ancillary reading materials and MP3 recordings of the session.
