Has over 21 years of professional experience in financial statement audits, fraud investigations, business valuation, litigation support and economic damages. He concentrates primarily on financial reporting valuation and fair value engagements including purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment analysis and stock option valuations. He currently serves on AICPA Business Valuation Committee and the Maryland Society of CPAs FVS Committee. He has also been qualified as an expert witness providing testimony in state and federal courts in the areas of business valuation and economic damages.
